We believe the church is to live out the gospel in both word and deed for the glory of God and His mission of redemption. The Fields places a priority in helping to establish new churches through church planting and by supporting missionaries in order to help fulfil the mission of God.

ACTS 29

Acts 29 Australia & New Zealand

David and Wilma Fandey pioneered the work to start up Acts 29 in Australia and New Zealand. They led this work for several years while raising up local leaders to hand leadership over to. The Fields is still heavily invested in churches getting planted in Asia Pacific which includes Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Philippines and beyond. David and Wilma continue to travel to that part of the world regularly to coach, train, support, assess Church Planters, and participate in Church Planting conferences. The Fields is heavily invested financially in funding church planting for this part of the world. The Fields also hosts Church Planting Interns from that part of the world regularly.

We believe that God has called His people, the church, to make disciples of all nations by bringing the message of the gospel to those alienated from God.

Mark Glenn

Mark and Katherine Glenn planted The Fields Australia in 2015 after feeling God’s call and completing a 3 month church planting residency with The Fields. They have been married for 13 years and have three children.

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO

Gabriel Kisanga

Gabriel has been teaching and preaching since the age of 19. In 2003 he became an indigenous missionary to the Congo. He is a member of the Acts 29 church-planting network, and has since planted eight churches and is now working on the ninth in Mont-Ngafula.

JAPAN

Kostya & Bella Tustanovskyi

Kostya and Bella joined The Fields in 2022, with Kostya as a church planting resident. They previously lived in Kampala, Uganda, with their 2 kids – Luca and Annelise. Kostya pastored an A29 church. In 2019 God gave them a desire to church plant in Japan.

Antioch Initiative is a nonprofit organization helping to create healthy churches through the training and coaching of pastors and church planters in unreached and under-resourced areas of the US and the world.

Chris Sandoval

Chris is an ordained minister and has eight years of urban church planting experience among multi-cultural and multi-generational communities.

Carl Robinson

Carl and Bek both share a conviction in the Gospel, church planting, and it’s their joy to be a part of what God is doing in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide.
